Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States. International options may appear at checkout when available. Shipping rates and ETA are shown at checkout based on your address and selected speed.
When will my order ship?
Orders usually leave our facility in 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your label is created.
How long does delivery take?
Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–7 business days depending on the carrier and distance. Peak holidays and weather can add time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, we can help. Please reply to your order confirmation or contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
Do you offer free shipping?
We run free-shipping promotions from time to time. Any active offer or threshold will be shown in the site banner and at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return coffee?
Coffee is perishable, so we cannot accept returns of opened bags. If something is wrong with your order or roast, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or store credit.
What about gear or merchandise?
Unused gear and merchandise in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return through Contact Us and we will share the next steps.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect
We are on it. Please include photos and your order number when you contact us. We will replace or refund promptly.
Subscriptions
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Choose Subscribe & Save on a product, set how often you want deliveries, and check out. You will get a portal link to manage your plan anytime.
How do I skip, pause, or cancel?
Open your subscription portal from your account or any subscription email. You can skip a shipment, change the date, update quantity, or cancel—no support ticket needed.
Can I change coffees, grind, or quantity?
Yes. Edit products, grind (if available on that coffee), quantities, and frequency right inside your portal before the next charge date.
Coffee & Brewing
How long does coffee stay fresh?
Whole beans are best within 4–6 weeks of roast. Store airtight, away from heat and light. You can freeze sealed, unopened bags for longer storage; thaw before opening.
What grind size should I use?
Espresso: fine • V60/pour-over: medium-fine • Drip machine: medium • AeroPress: medium to medium-fine • Moka pot: medium-fine • French press: coarse • Cold brew: coarse. See our Brewing Guide.
What is a good coffee-to-water ratio?
Start with 1:16 (1 g coffee to 16 g water) and adjust to taste. Use our Brew Ratio Calculator to do the math for any method.
Do you ship whole bean or ground?
We recommend whole bean for the best flavor. If grinding options are available on a product, choose your grind before adding to cart.

Are your bags recyclable or compostable?
Our bags use compostable materials where facilities exist. Remove any tin ties, zippers, or valves before disposal and check your local guidelines.
