Spiced Orange Cappuccino

  • 1 double espresso
  • 150–170 g milk
  • 1 tsp simple syrup
  • Tiny pinch cinnamon
  • Fresh orange zest
  1. Stir syrup and cinnamon into espresso.
  2. Steam milk to 55–60°C for a drier foam. Pour and finish with orange zest.
