Pumpkin Maple Latte

  • 1 double espresso
  • 220 g milk
  • 20 g pumpkin puree
  • 10–15 g maple syrup
  • Pinch pumpkin pie spice
  1. Whisk pumpkin, maple, and spice into hot espresso.
  2. Steam milk and pour. Dust with a little more spice.
